Volodymyr Lytvyn, the Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine deems that the Declaration of Iosyp Vinskiy, the Minister on Transport and Connections of Ukraine on Resignation is a Ground for "Personnel Purge" in the Government and Revision of the Quote Principle on the Posts Nomination
V. Lytvyn declared that "there is nothing strange as the quote principles brought to absurdity and gives its results".
The Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada declared that today he received the appellation of the Minister on Transport and Connection and "its content was consonant with that of the Minister of Internal Affairs". "It is obvious that it is directed for the "buy off" in the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine and I do not exclude that there will be divergent plays on the political stage".
